How long does it take to set up an event?
It varies depending on what experience you choose but each experience is usually 1-2 hours to set up. Less to take down.
How long do we have with each experience?
All experiences are set up for 1 day. Take down is by 11 am the next morning unless other times are arranged. We try to be flexible around your event!
Can we have the teepees for longer than 1 night?
Yes! If availability allows, you can keep the teepees for 2 nights for an additional $30 a tent.
How are items laundered?
All items are washed in hypoallergenic laundry detergent after every party. If items are unable to be laundered, they are cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant spray and/or wiped down.
How much space do I need for a Tee Pee?
Each teepee needs approximately 3 feet by 6 feet.
Payments
A deposit of 20% is required in order to hold a party date. Dates are not secured until the deposit is made. The remaining balance is due at set up. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Cancellations
We understand things happen! If you need to cancel your party, we will work with you to choose an alternate date to avoid losing your nonrefundable deposit.
